Pac's Life attempts to re-create the late rapper's earlier albums and invent relationships with today's emcees. It fails to re-create his lifestyle and west-side production, but still makes for good music.   Full text...

HipHopDX Rating: 5.0

One of the first things you notice about the latest outing is the plethora of artists selected from south of the Mason-Dixon. Verses from Ludacris, Chamillionaire, G-Unit's Young Buck, and repeated appearances from T.I. serve to lend the album a certain southern vibe that comes the closest to cohesiveness of any of Pac's posthumous releases thus far. Previous collaborators Bone-Thugs-n-Harmony appear on the Swizz Beatz-produced Untouchable(Remix) while two members of Pac's notorious Outlawz crew hold it down on the original version.   Full text...

What Pac’s Life needs is more Tupac. We all need more Tupac. So, in his absence, we have learned to make do with what we have on hand.  Full text...

Slant Magazine Rating: 4.0

Ten years after his death, Pac's Life is a curious coda to the rap star's legacy and a sure sign that it's time to retire these posthumous remakes—perhaps making way for a collection of songs left the way they were originally recorded.   Full text...

Pac's been on top and will still remain even at his death has been there and still there today. He's man of the people when he rhyme, spreading the truth while the law stressing, you know that truth hurts.

Pac4Life Rating: 6.0

Too Many Features, Original Versions of Some of the Tracks were better, We need more of Tupac, Just a few features from westcoast artists is what it needs

desiwaters Rating: 10.0

this was an amazing cd. it is kind of different from all of the things that he has done before. well but then again it did talk about the rape charges that he was filed with. it was just great. i loved it. his life was very unexpected. you never know what is going to happen next. he just keeps you wonderng. but with this cd you kind of get a glimpse.

Lapeurdaimer87 Rating: 10.0

The albums that he keeps releasing each and every year make him the best rapper that ever live. Tupac inspired me and inside my heart is where i enjoy his legacy ... Tupac 4ever. Pac's Life is awesome, International and Dumpin' are also good...
Dumpin' is one of the best song on the entire album

Pac's Life album, is another approval that Tupac still lives in our hearts. Thug Life, we live and die by the Gun. amerika's most wanted, and still the greatest.
Outlaws, we be true untill the end of times. Cuz loyalty 4 us, is more than any aword is.

Rest in Peace.

Ghetto Gee Rating: 5.0

Despite the fact that im not pac's mutha, i do know a lot bit bout him and im pretty sure that this album got nuthin to do with pac's life. I was kinda dissapionted how weak the emotional feeling and rating was for these songs and how such a gr8 rapper could finally end his streak of posthumous albums after 10 years. But we all love him for everything that he done, so him and his music should rest in peace. 2Pac 4 Eva!!!
P.S. the real question is, what does Ashanti know about Pac's life? Holla Atcha Boi!

WezT KaNeR Rating: 9.0

Pac, We'll Always Remember U... The CD it's Exaclty What I Want, No Matter What The Best... The Sound of pac's voice Make's Me feel GOOD, Damn Pac You Are The Best Forever and ever!

Maybe this isn't the best Album of Tupac but since he has been death people keep coming with those albums and I think they do a great job. I'm just extreemly excited they keep bringin' albums out he is the best MC we have ever heard of no one can top him. Love Tupac.

Aundrea Rating: 10.0

I love 2pac's music. He my favorite rapper of all times. I love Pac's life with Ashanti and T.I. R.I.P. Tupac. Your music is wonderful and it gives messages. I will always love your music.

chad johnson Rating: 9.0

pretty good album loved most of the songs. something to chill out to and also party hardcore to yeye. loved it pac still numba 1 in my mind and the features were pretty good too.

Mase Rating: 10.0

I didn't give this album 10 because i loved it. i gave it 10 becuase the sounds of pacs voice fills me with content, he's passion sets a a flame alight in all of us, a flame that will never burn out as long as his music lives on. these new rappers know nothing of music or pac's life, they insert they're shitty little verses in with an old tupac song and change the beats and call it a new song... the only good thing about this album is it gives a new edge to tupacs old songs, it may even attract different crowds of people to tupacs music, but in the end, nothing beats tupacs originals, cause they where all made with his passion for the music.

Rene Zacari Rating: 6.0

More Pac, A Bit Less Of Newbiez...RIP TUPAC...atleast itz not like tha Loyal To The Game cd...Eminem messed that UP! but i liked some of tha stuff on that one, pac saved it

musa Rating: 3.0

for me TUPAC is the best rapper ever his lyrics his hard working is attitude we love PAC but this album is really shit I give a 3 that's because of the single called untouchable(remix)

Tupac is an thug angel
Everybody gots to look up at tupac
The nigga from the gutter and it's still here
ain't nobody's repacing him

vicsoo Rating: 3.0

I thought that Pac's life was all about Pac, but there's no Pac in there!!! The tracks 'Soon as i get home', 'Don't stop' and 'Dumping' are true to Pac.Can't Afeni realise that Tupac music needs Johnny J????

KING Rating: 10.0

musa can go to hell coz dats the greatest rapper of all time u talking about!!!!Killa tracks made this album and the few tracks is all we needed!RIP TUPAC!!

justice Rating: 8.0

I give this album 8 coz there isnt enough Pac in it,otherwise its 10,the energy and power which Pac exerts in everything he touches makes it glitter,i really dont really care about the production, all i want is to hear pac spittin that thug life-millitary ghetto shit,he is a legend and to hear the voice of a legend after ten years of his passing spittin new stuff isnt easy to come by,dont sleep is the worst track on the album, the beats are horrible but pacs verse makes the beats seem good, that is wat i mean by i dont really care about the beat.R.I.P PAC.We love u

el masahyeen Rating: 10.0

2pac the christian warrior luv ur music ur name will live in infamy

dizzle Rating: 5.0

There wuz only three songs on this album that were good...you need 2 stick with westcoast productions because its the hottest music thats ever came out...it all started on the westcoast for damn sake

thug4life6yxx Rating: 8.0

Even though the album doesn't give us that tupac that we are all used to, the producers have done a good job in making some good music here. To me, everything from pac is hot anyway

RobbieS Rating: 10.0

RIP Pac.. ur voice still gives me goosebumps.. and u still got me hanging off every single word that you spit.. RIP brother

Jp Rating: 9.0

way better then the last album, with more of tupac's beats(then eminem's) some songs (sleep) is a miss beat song. Overall pretty good, needs more pac. But as A real Pac Fan Any Song with him is da bomb. R.I.P Pac

PEAZOLD Rating: 7.0

2pac the greatest & always will be the greatest i love his electrifying voice but iam little disapointed by this album cause there very less 2pac's verses but this album is about pac's life most artist in the album would have even known pac so i really they were not suppose to be on this album except all pac's Outlawz members, snoop dogg , ludacris, theyre worth to be on pac's life album

SmOke DaWg Rating: 10.0

Pac is my idol i couldnt think of any other rapper that gives a message like his. i love his music its a inspiration to me an hearin his voice again is great. Rest in Peace Pac you wont ever die in my mind. R.I.P Pac

J.P, Rating: 7.0

Tupac is the greatest rapper that ever lived, this album kind of represents his style of rap and his WestSide lyfe, but it needs more of Tupac.

WESTCOAST Rating: 10.0

wheres all the west coast shit. too much southern vibe. his best cd he has put out since his death fo sho. (RIP) "expect me like u'd expect jesus nukka" 2pac

Oz Rating: 10.0

Always a 10 for Pac.

Snoop was great, I'm so glad Nas didn't get a place on this album - he ruined the Thug Mansion remix and I hope they keep his goofy ass off any Pac tracks forever.

Just to listen to another new set of Pac songs is probably whats going to keep me sane for the next 10 years.

RIP. Tupac, passionate, loving and loyal. Afeni was blessed.

TURNER Rating: 10.0

its not perfect, but he still in it and thats all that counts.Id listen to it even he said said one word or anything. He makes people listen and uderstand things that regular people go through.he the best by far,no ones ever close on that level of making ya feel like hes reaching you.RIP BRO

shorty sherwin Rating: 10.0

I didn't give this album 10 because.tupac is the greatest rapper of all time,i love his music her style of rap her lyrics.,

LVkvnn Rating: 7.0

the original rocorded tracks should be on the album and not the ones with today's artists ,
all ya'll nigga's conversatin on my life,,mind your mothwerfuckin business and then t.i throws in a verse about him not knowing tupac but alot of tupacs friend ,,well what we talkin'about ,,but imma still give the album a seven cuz there must be done right to his versus,,and you do not do that with fuckin up beats and ft.everybody who wants some publicity with the crowd that usually dont listen to em of pacs back ,,though i like some artists on the record i hope that it feels like a tribute to pac,and not like media ,,where hiphop is based at at the moment,,kevin, holland

Detroit dago Rating: 6.0

Soon as i get home was left in its original state, thats why its the tightest song on the cd, production wasnt bad but a litl shaky on some songs (track one) lame guest appreances (ashanti, t.i.) all of which knew aboutsley nothing about pacs life, but it is a tupac cd so its still a good cd just wish there was more of pac and the orginal songs on the cd

Tz Rating: 8.0

I Just Wanna Hear Pac's Voice in the Beat! I dont Give a Shit bout Production neither! I Give Luv to The Original 'Soon As I Get Home'
Dumpin' Pac'life N Don't Sleep Cuz its an original Record wit Kadafi Nustro n Pac! without the beat!

Tupac Shakur will always be number in my and everyone else's mind.
R.I.P
Tupac Amaru Shakur
1971-1996

Deadpresident Rating: 8.0

R..I.P Tupac still a good album

Caput-Tupac Rating: 10.0

This album is nothing but a classic. The only bad thing about this album that might make some of Tupac's real fans sad is that, it consentrated most on Southern Hip Hop. It also has featured a number of artist which to my undersatind might never worked wit Pac if he were alive. Why did'nt Amaru Entertainment put some real West Coast cats to represent on the album. Where is Dr. Dre, Dogg Pound, Nate Dogg, Warren G, Richie Rich, members of his Thug Life Crew on this album. Its Still a Good Album

LILONE. Rating: 3.0

The only song that was good would be, "Soon As I Get Home." But, that is only because it was one of his original songs. I don't think Tupac would actually rap about his life to the point where it repeats "Pac's Life" over and over again. His music's style became mainstream, which isn't his style.

Makaveli90 Rating: 10.0

10! Because it's a pc's album!!!!!! R.I.P. u will live 4ever in our hearts...we will meet a day in heaven..till that day i will keep your memory alive n all your fans will...u r UNTOUCHABLE! "everybody talk about pac's life"...

shishar Rating: 10.0

some songs of pac"s life is missing and some of them is lack...thanks for lettin" me share
your shishar

R A E Rating: 5.0

They need to stop these CD's from coming out anymore. I've gone from believing he is dead to quetioning it seriously, for the fact that his flow on these CD'S is different than his flow before he died. Instead of coming out with Pac's Life, they need to re-release All Eyez on me or some of his pre-death classics.

187--Killaz Rating: 9.0

ay yo mann....check this...Look at all these albums comin out nowadays wit boo booo lyrics and alotta other wack sh*t...Comparin those albums to this album(pac's Life) is the best thing to hit stores.....But pac's fans(me including)...we always look at the old Pac's Music....we should open our eyes and see all these fake ass raps today...and see how great this album is....Maybe not as or close to bein good as his earlier albums but this some tight stuff comparing to todays rappp.....Rememberrr Thaat...and REMEMBER TUPAC...r.i.p...

JohnBoy Rating: 10.0

2pac's albums will always kick ass, even after his death! The only thing wrong with this album was that there werent enough West coast rappers. This is West Coast, not the South!

Someone Who Knows Rap Rating: 2.0

This was a pathetic attempt to ressurect Pac's music because this wasnt pac. The Beats did not match, the lyrics were almost terrible, and the flow sounded dull, and almosr dead, da only reason i actually gave it a Two was cuz of Soon As I Get Home, n a couple other tracks, otherwise, unless he's alive stop makin these, or have someone with a knowledge of Pacs style produce the album so he can make everything compatible, like eminem did.

tupac is life. Rating: 10.0

Always a 10 for ma boy Tupac. His words are so amazing even thought he might have left us is music still lives strong as he was when he was alive.. Everything he's done has helped so many people and will continue helping the youth in the future. He always has a message no matter what people think and its if you listen to it carefully you'll hear it, you'll hear what he truely thought.

Tupac with always be with us.
May your music live forever, RIP Tupac.

Big Greg Rating: 2.0

They've defiled pac big time on this album. They turned his 5 minute freestyle "untouchable" into a whack ass remix that the beat doesn't even go with. Whats Next was one of my favorite songs until they switched the beat up and As soon as I get home pretty much saved this album from getting a 0. Afeni, you're now one of these money hungry bastards who just drop albums when your funds are running low, atleast suge did good things with his music. Anything after better dayz suck and you know it. Allow westcoast rappers and producers to continue working with whatever is left.

stan Rating: 8.0

its a good cd but it needs to have more westcoast artist on there tupac would never do a song with T.I. or Luda Next time u put out a pac album leave the beat alone stop remixing his shit the best songs where Untouchable, Soon as i get home,Dont stop, and whatz next the untouchable remix was hot so thats a good one.

2pac #1 fan Rating: 6.0

showed not much at all about tupacs life not more than 2 west-coast rappers. ashanti dont know shit about pacs life.

ps. Stan- T.I. was pacs homeboy read up lesten to Changed man.

R.I.P. TUPAC AMARU SHAKUR 1971-1996

4 life tha greatest rappa Rating: 7.0

this damn album is weak!!! i dont like it very much, because there are 2 much remixes!!! i liked the old pac!!! the old music not such a sh*t!!! ther are only ... i think 2 or 3 good songs... other songs on this album aren`t good!!! still love better dayz or all eyez on me!!! an remember me!!! think about it people!!! remember 2pac an his great life!!! don`t forgett the hero, no the grandfather of rap!!!! peace R.I.P 1971-1996 2Pac

Tupac Rest In Peace Rating: 10.0

Tupac's lyrics are hot as always, and some of the guests lyrics are even alright, but still, it's just not a real Tupac album. I don't think anyone who didn't know the man should be on the album period! Why can't a Tupac album come out where they actually use producers and artists who worked with him while he was alive? Rest In Peace Tupac Amaru Shakur June 16, 1971 - September 13, 1996

Tupac_RIP Rating: 10.0

puff Rating: 8.0

2Pac is a phenomanol rapper, but this ain't what he'd be doing if he was alive. And whats with all these southern rappers, get some real west coast rappers.

RIFA-13 Rating: 1.0

Pac's life be shit as. don't get me wrong i love pac's music but there is too many new rappers in there that pac normally wouldn't do a remix with..

Elhum Rating: 6.0

Pac's life is a great album, but as RIFA-13 said, i think its too many new rappers, not so much lyric from pac. But still a great album..
