A step in the right direction for the band. And the solos on this album transcends all of their previous albums, the vocal and musical harmonies - WOW.

Lost Highway hasn’t lost any of the huge sing-along choruses that has made Bon Jovi one of the largest stadium rocking bands in the world, but to their credit, they are trying something a bit different at the same time as giving their fans what they want. They have always flirted a bit with country/cowboy symbols in the past (''Wanted Dead Or Alive'', anybody?) but this time have got down and done the dirty on an album described as 'a Bon Jovi record influenced by Nashville'.

Love it or hate it, "Lost Highway" will be joining supersize 7-11 sodas and loud bumper stickers as the accessory of choice for drivers across America this summer.

Lost Highway moves in on Nashville as shrewdly as "It's My Life" skimmed Stockholm seven years ago – never one to go halfway, Jon even wails about his "plastic dashboard Jesus" in the title tune.

This album was great. It's something different for the band but they'll never forget their roots as rockers. It's kind of like this left feels right, they tried something different for themselves. They did what they felt and some like it some dont but they're putting a twist on what bon jovi fans listen to. |

Another great Bonjovi album. The small amount of country twist isn't overpowering on the few songs that have it. I just can't figure out why the bonus track "Walk Like A Man" isn't on every album(if you don't have it, go find it!), and why they chose the worst and most boring song on the album to release first. I guess I always figure they'll release an upbeat song to kick off sales. From a diehard fan standpoint it doesn't disappoint us lifelong rockers, but may have enough twang to make the country cross-overs happy too. It's definitely not "This Left...", and isn't a total departure from the BonJovi sound we all love. |

i prefer the hard rock bon jovi!! the 80's bon jovi and early 90's!wanted dead or alive it was kinda cowboys style but it gets a lil heavy during the solo and its much better than lost highway...gosh i wish bon jovi to return to the 80's bon jovi in his next album...im full of hope and im waiting |

This was a very good album, a bit of a change from a great band, but they still manage to keep what made them famous. Good sing along songs like Summertime. Greatets band alive! |

I think it's a great album. Great lyrics and music. I may be young but I know good music when I hear it. Bon Jovi once again made a brilliant album and hopefully there will be more in the future. Love JonnyBsGirl xXx Keep The Faith xXx |

Album is perfect. Jon's voice is so amazing, guitars are great, everything is just great about their music. I like ALL the songs on this album, which is not so with some other of their albums. |

I know that every body expect rock for bon jovi. So that's something that's not going to happen in this album. But let me tell you it's a good album better than crush. Crush just save becaouse of the hit it's my life and one wild night. But that album have 50% and this new album like 70%. |

Bon Jovi country sounds excellent. It's not completely country but the country sound sounds great. These songs have great meaning and the voocals and music make them sound even better. |

best album in years, great concept(nashville inspired) and definitly a challenging record for sambora who had a very challenging personal life over the past year. the quality of the songs are the best in years, from the magical lyrical content to the elegant sounding riffs, lead breaks, powerful vocals and heart thumping tico beats. welcome back guys! i think respect is owed to you all greatly! |

I must admit I was hesitant because of the Nashville twist. Kinda scary to see them on CMT. But hey, how can Bon Jovi be wrong? So I had to have it!! And with no regrets!! This is classic rock and I don't really mind the subtle twangs. Love it - Love it - Love it!! Thanks Bon Jovi for not disappointing us. |

Bon Jovi is like a fine wine, they get better with age. This album shows that they are able to sing ANY style of music and sound great!!! They are one of a kind band not only for their music but for all their charitable contributions and compassion towards their fellow Americans(especially Jon because of what the Philadelphia Soul contibute to their community). I am a diehard fan and always will be!!! You guys are "One Step Closer" |

A good step towards ageing is going country which they have managed well. |

One of the better Bon Jovi-releases since their (sort of) come-back album Crush. A small change in musical style, with country-influences, but the pure BonJovi-sound never gets lost. On this new album there's a bit more of a groove than there was on Bounce or Have a nice day. A step in the right direction for the band, and for the fans. Keep rockin'! |
