The fray, a debut band out of the mile high city, and a great debut in my opinion. I mean we all know that cable car is a very overplayed radio song, like every other good song that comes out and does well is, and that on this album some of there music can remind you a little of a boy band. but the fact is that this is a very good album. Its a more unique style, with very passionate songs written by a man with a lot of good life experiances. I say a 9 out of 10, and I cant wait to hear from the Fray in the future

they are amazing. everything about them is amazing. there lyrics are so good, the piano, singing everything.i just hate how all their good songs are now being sung by little 13 year olds. but that's alright. i still love them.

This is a great band the guitar riffs and piano chords almost make love to each other on some of these tracks. And these lyrics mean something unlike some of these songs out today. This album is definetly worth listening to.

No matter what all the BIG critics there have to say about The Fray, personally I think it's a very good band that deserves a lot of praise and appreciation (so what if they sound a 'lil like a boy band, after all there's always a 'lil boy in each and everyone of us). Rock on!

Wow!!! A Genial Band!!! Although they are compared with Colplay and Keane, I found them further than. They are creating a new musical expression I do like their music. They've got to fill a gap in rock-pop music... Just Cool!!!

The Fray are more than just some little band out of Denver. Their sound is original and the guys are great but it's the lyrics that are incredible. Every song on the album How To Save A Life is so easy to relate to, especially Fall Away. Who doesn't have something in their past that they are ashamed of? The song says that you can't outrun your past but you deserve happiness and relief from it also. Just listen to the songs then form your opinion.

the fray are amazing! the lyrics to theri songs just blow you away. critics just suck and really tehy dont know what tehyre talking about. this is a band whom you can listen to when your: happy, sad, angry, confused, depressed, overjoyed,in love, when your grieving...the list just goes on and on. and a band who can do that deserves respect!

This album shows true potential with Over My Head and How To Save A Life really shing through. The rest of the songs were average but hopefully an even better album will soon be made by a great upcoming band.

These are some fab songs!! I have acctually found a band that me and my mom like!! The songs touch me and are totally great!! I would recommend them to anyone!! My mom likes them so believe me you will like them!!!

You need to be in the mood for The Fray; sometimes the music is relaxing and nice and others the moaning tone of his voice gets to be slightly tiring. The two singles ("Over My Head (Cable Car)" and "How To Save a Life") are probably the strongest tracks; however, "She Is" and "All At Once" are good, too. I like the upbeat piano in the beginning songs much better than the more "downer" songs on the second half of the CD. All in all, a good effort by a new band, but one that could probably be honed into something a little more musically unique.

I would give this band an infinity rating if I could. They're THAT good. Most bands preach about nothing but become popular amongst naive teens. The Fray clearly explains different trials and tribulations in life, using exquisite lyrics and an amazing assortment of instruments that pull you closer and closer to the song until you feel like you're the one who wrote it. And wouldn't you be lucky to be able to write such masterpieces that reach out to anyone and everyone? No critic should dare say that The Fray is a bad band. If The Fray is bad, then pigs can fly. The Fray has such beautiful lyrics and music that tug on your heart and latch on forever. Good luck to this awesome band and can't wait to hear more from you!

honestly, to me The Fray is possibly the best band i ever listened to. Their musical style is unique, and its a different sort of blend. Over My Head is possibly one of the songs that made the fray who they are today. Their music is amazing, and i am looking forward to hearing more great material from them.

omg this band is simply amazing i cannot put it any other way i listen to them all the time and i have been to one of there concerts and i am going to another one in few days they are much more enjoyable live so i defiantely recommend you to go and see them if you get a chance cuz they are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo amazingly good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
