HANDSOME FURS 'Plague Park' cover art
AZRating: 7.4
Release: 22 May 2007
Label: Sub Pop
Genre: Pop

Aversion Rating: 8.0

In fact, Plague Park with its pleading vocals and memorable rifts isn’t that far of a departure from WP. With the Wolves, Boeckner was full of angst, but his music was a little rough around the edges. He’s not exactly happy-go-lucky this time around either, but there’s more of a flow to his mellow minimalist (vocals, guitars, drums) Furs tunes.   Full text...
