4:21: The Day After is easily Meth’s best LP since his debut 12 years ago and further proof as to why he is one of the greatest emcees to come out of the 90’s.  Full text...

4:21... The Day After makes the case for Mef that digging his grave was a premature move, but he needs to concentrate on continuing to make good music to ensure a better tomorrow.   Full text...

E!Online Rating: 7.9

The Day After sounds like something we've heard before.  Full text...

Slant Magazine Rating: 7.0

Far from perfect, 4:21…The Day After still manages to effectively trounce Method Man's previous record.  Full text...

Popmatters Rating: 7.0

It’s not perfect, there’s some simplistic pop-oriented moments and muddy, unconvincing attempts at roughness. But there’s also plenty of moments of true vision.   Full text...

I like too much method man's lyrics, is like a powerful cannon, he is da most cabron mc in his genre.

Raúl 777 Rating: 10.0

Is a classic material, is da most real rap of the year, real lyrics, da best beatz...
Anyway, Mef's best albúm and da real power of
Wu-tang clan, 'mi socio no and con mamadas, va a lo que va, este caballote nunca lo detendran, es mas culo duro como una revolver 45' that´right

Great album!! Meth can STILL rip the mic, no doubt. Also the beats are very good, thank you Erick Sermon & RZA. Best tracks: "Intro"; "Is It Me"; "Problem"; "Dirty Mef"; "Konichiwa B****es"; "Everything"; "Walk On" and "Presidential MC". But I don't give it a ten because of the skits, although the Pimpin' Skit is hilarious!!
