While Coming Home may not have the same cataclysmic result (pun intended), and it isn't the best album ever (much like their ST), it most certainly has the qualities that could make it a classic in time.   Full text...

Coming Home is a tiresome portrait of a few artists who have kept the minds of young men for far, far too long.  Full text...

NFG try to grow up and miss the mark by a mile with this uninspired piece off sugary poo not fit for human consumption of any sort. Call it what you will, just don't call it good as this is one of the weakest releases of the entire year.  Full text...

Essentially, it is a collection songs reeking of insincerity and pretentiousness.  Full text...

I personally think this is the best album relesed by the band and i have enjoy listning to every minute. I really like the alternative sound they've produce for this album, it is a change from there older stuff, and yes it took some ajusting but over all once again this is in my opinion the best N.F.G. album to date.

Rabbit Rating: 10.0

I believe it is the best album they have yet to release. ROCK ON NFG!!!!

NA Rating: 7.0

Not their best work but I still enjoy listening to it. It sounds like they kind of put a little more twist to the Catalyst CD. You can tell they matured, in a sense, although the lyrics are still quite similar to those of the last two albums they released. I do like the album but it's definitely not their best work. The self-titled album is still number one in my heart. "Boulders", I thought, was a great song, a ballad if you will. It kind of seems like they repeated a lot of the same lyrics in each song but they should make for good concert tunes. I give it a 7 for creativity but there isn't one or two songs that just stand out like on the previous albums. Maybe "Coming Home" or "It's Not Your Fault" but that's pushing it. Nonetheless, it's a good album and I recommend it to everyone.

I've always been a fan of NFG & this has to be their best ablum yet. Many of you would probally agree that you can relate to alot of the songs on Coming Home & i think it makes it personal for us & makes us feel connected to them in a way. So for you those of you who are saying its horrible and what not i dont think you no what your hearing because if you really listen to it you would understand that its not just about making the best album out there but puttin out something that people can relate to. Oh and i cant wait to see them live next month its gonna be AWESOME!

I definitely would recommend this album to any fan of the Genre. Every kid has to grow up, and New Found Glory Definitely did in this album. The 'critics' dont know what they're talking about.

Josh S. Rating: 8.0

As with every NFG album, there is that one(sometimes more) song that gets me right in the gut. "Oxygen" did it for me on this record. Although I believe that S&S is there best, this one, in my opinion, is better than Catalyst. I Love NFG and I will always be a fan of thier great music.

Jamison H. Rating: 9.0

This is a total turnaround for NFG and I like this album very much. The lyrics took a total different direction and it just amazing

Sarah Rating: 10.0

I don't know what the people were talking about with the threes and fours. This was definitely one of their more grownup CD's with an amazing set of lyrics and good beats, as always. Yeah, it had a different twist than I expected, but MAN, I like it. :)

A MUST BUY for all NFG fans best CD yet!! and thats saying a lot! after all the sweet cd's they have had! Hold My Hand and Oxygen i have to say are the best i mean its unreal how good this CD is

ShaGri Rating: 2.0

NFG really let me down. It sounds like they are trying to expand their music, but stick to there original punk style. The whinney boy band thing absolutely works for the previous CDs, but this one bombs.

While I still think their self titled is their best, I still like the more mature sound produced by "Coming Home." I only wish there were some more of the faster paced songs such as "Hit or Miss," "My Friends Over You," and "All Downhill from Here." Even though "Coming Home" comes close to those upbeat types of songs, it's not quite the same. But then again, maybe change is a good thing.

wat the hell are the review guys on about.. nfg sounds good.. maybe it cos the review dudes are getting old

Paulos Rating: 10.0

I agree with Victoria here... I was easily able to relate to plenty of the songs on this album, but thats not the only reason I loved it. They might have changed their style of music a little bit but it still sounds great.

james Rating: 9.0

Definitly a great CD. The new sound is a welcomed change of pace and the lyrics are great. I also thought some more upbeat songs would have been nice but I wasn't disappointed. W/o a doubt worth a listen.

GavTheDude Rating: 10.0

At first i thought this album was very different from the NFG i know and love, although it is different it still is an immense album throughout. I have listened to it time and time again. Some of the songs such as "When I Die" and "Hold My Hand" are instant NFG classics, well done NFG, you guys have did it again!
