the best that can be said of Don't Believe the Truth is that it is a slight improvement over their previous two studio efforts, and that they at least had the sense to scrap the recordings they made with Death in Vegas and return to a simpler, more traditional sound

Hi, my name is Thomas and I lovee Oasis, yesterday, in the TV I saw an Oasis specciall. I was really very happy. About the question the are doing to me, to the album I put an eight because is a good album, but I love Stop the Clocks.

Solid album, it's good to see Oasis getting back on track. A lot more accoustics in this album, I'd like to see them try and go back to the special sound they had, but I understand the desire to try something new. |

I'm sorry, but I'm a big Oasis fan, and I think every one of their records are great - except this one.
You see, I don't think fans or people have any right to tell a band what an album should sound like. But I think we all know that it should sound good, and have decent songs on it.
But thats the problem with this album - there are none, no singles, nothing. Oh and by the way, its also total crap.
People are going, hey!! Oasis are back, its their best since Morning Glory!?? Really?? I don't think so, why? because if Oasis could of made a worser album, I actually don't think they could of if they tried. - And this is such a dissapointment following Heathen Chemistry.
I wish they had done the album with Death in Vegas - why?
1. Cause we would'nt of had to wait for two year.
2. We would'nt of had a crap album, and even if it was'nt great,at least we would be able to listen to it eh? Noel!! |
