Paul Weller has had one hell of a career- one that's still going strong by the sound of current single Wild Blue Yonder. Rarely has someone had such success in three different guises, and this collection aims to celebrate that by covering the best of The Jam, The Style Council and the solo years for the first time. A tall order indeed.

It’s worth noting just how much the musician has adapted to the changing times, and how the often manic style of early tracks has been replaced by a more thoughtful approach to his songwriting. He is, in my opinion, now putting out some of the strongest material of his distinguished career.
