Packed with enough chord, rhythm and time changes to confuse Tony Iommi, Pearls and Brass' songs are next-level stoner rock, like ADD-affected QOTSA that makes you wanna get so baked you'll pee in your blue jeans for fun.  Full text...

The Indian Tower rocks in the most literal sense of the word; if that means anything to you, it's really all you need to know.  Full text...

DustedMagazine Rating: 5.5

Pearls and Brass have your ultimate Friday afternoon "just got paid today" soundtrack right here. Turn it up loud and enjoy.   Full text...

They sacrifice listenability for complexity, and therein lies the problem.   Full text...

TinyMixTapes Rating: 4.0

From track to track, the same uninspired drumming, the same lazy bass lines, and, worst of all, no major riffage. Not even a little skronk or a dirty mistake.  Full text...

This album is such a good one. It contains energetic guitar riffs and bass riffs. The drums are absolutely amazing.

The Swamees Rating: 9.0

There's something wrong with anyone who thinks this album doesn't totally kickass. The songs are more complex than the first album, and like any kickass album, this one takes 2 or 3 listens before you realize how awesome it truly is. The riffage is extreme and 70s harmonized vocals are exceptional. Why can't there be more music like this today?
