The album's stunning, high-impact production fits it into the recent tradition of epic, monolithic Southern-rap albums like Young Buck's Straight Outta Ca$hville and Young Jeezy's Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101, but more than those albums, it's the work of one idiosyncratic creative mind. Polow da Don is just now finding his voice, and he's got a great career ahead of him. If Rich Boy is lucky, he'll stay along for the ride.

Rather than give Rich Boy more credit than he's due, it's safe to say that this album belongs equally, if not more to Polow Da Don. Like Nitti backing Yung Joc last year, this effort is less about who's saying the rhymes and more about who provided the addictive beats and catchy choruses.

i love RICH BOYi got his CD & i can't stop listening 2 it i love him so much ma MY SPACE background is gonna be RICH BOYi think i should get him as a friend on my space but idon't think it would let ma but i wish i was famous & 21 thin i could go 2 clubs & by draks from bars and stuff but that would be cool!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
